2010 Graduates: Where Are They Now

9 out of 10 students passed the 4 month course content, and then had to go on and complete a 4 week internship. Not all students have completed that Internship as yet – the following women have and are already making their wonderful mark upon the world.


Belinda Pooley

Anthea Prestage

Anthea was a stressed out investment banker, who came and did the course, then to my joy and amazement, went on (and is now) doing a baking course at the San Francisco Baking Institute.
