Food Coaching can help bridge the gap between the food guidelines given by Doctors and Naturopaths and give you the knowledge of 'how' and 'where' to shop for healthier foods. It can also address 'what' to do with it once you get into your kitchen – the actual day to day breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also addresses the restricted diet – wheat/casein or gluten free etc – how to do that healthfully, deliciously and without deprivation.
A Food Coaching Consultation includes extensive backup information and recipes, and with Private Cooking Lessons also available.
During a 90 minute one-one-one consultation we discuss what you are eating and your areas of concern. We then address each issue and create a workable path forward. Following the consultation, Jude will develop customised file – this differs for everyone, but contains a detailed discussion of the identified areas of concern and the steps required to balance and restore. It also contains recipes and any other information (eg. Menu Plan, Weekly Eating Plan) you may need to ensure success.
Cost: $650.00 plus GST (This includes 1 follow up session of 1 hour)
