
Whole Food Cooking Classes are designed to help you understand how to cook wholesome, health supportive and delicious meals
All classes are designed to form foundations of intellectual and practical information, and tools to make the philosophy of wholesome food work in everyday life. Most importantly, classes are also about fun and delicious food.
Classes can be run in the evening or during the day and content can be structured to your group's specific requirements.
After the food is prepared, we sit down to eat as a group. In some classes, partners are invited to join the group for the meal.
