Cooking Classes
Whole Food Cooking Classes are designed to help you understand how to cook
wholesome, health supportive and delicious meals
Knowledge and Team Building
All classes are designed to form foundations of intellectual and practical
information, and tools to make the philosophy of wholesome food work in
everyday life. Most importantly, classes are also about fun and delicious
food.
Classes can be run in the evening or during the day and content can be
structured to your group's specific requirements.
Class content can:
- Relate to an existing corporate health program (eg Building
Strong Bones or Heart Health)
- More broadly interprete the health program (eg Foundations of Healthy
Eating)
- Specifically relate to nurturing the employees working day (eg Wholesome,
Nourishing and Easy Breakfasts, or The Lunch Box)
- Simply offer a wholesome, delicious and fun menu including entrée,
main(s) and dessert.
Class structure can be:
- Demonstration, hands on or half and half.
- A group (course) of classes with information spread over 2 or more
classes or one-off classes where the information is complete.
- Individual Food Coaching.
After the food is prepared, we sit down to eat as a group. In some
classes, partners are invited to join the group for the meal.
