Whole Food Cooking is very excited to be undertaking the first Natural and Whole Foods Chef Training in Perth from May to August 2010. As this program is full time, there will be a limited number of other classes available during this time.
Holly Davies will be here in July 2010 and will be doing some public classes on lacto-fermentation.
Towards the end of the Chef Training program, students will also be offering low cost practice classes.
Jude will be in full swing from September with a normal class schedule.

Whole Food Cooking classes are designed to help you understand how to cook wholesome, health supportive and delicious meals (mostly vegetarian, but not at all restricted to), using a variety of wholefoods, including: fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, wholegrains and legumes (including tofu and tempeh), sea vegetables, natural sweeteners and good quality fats. In some classes organic meat, bones, dairy and egg are used, but this will be noted on the relevant class. Organic ingredients are used wherever possible.
Classes are 3 hours and include all recipes and generous tastings.
Please see the current program (PDF) for seasonal classes.
